Single piece
One finished garment in the fabric, colour and decoration you choose: the quickest way to check fit, hand-feel and print or embroidery quality.
Sample kit
A small set across the products, colours or sizes you're shortlisting, so your team can compare options side by side before signing off.
Credited against bulk
What you pay for samples is adjusted against your bulk order, as long as that order meets the minimum order quantity (MOQ).
About 5–7 working days
Typical turnaround from artwork approval to dispatch. Complex embroidery or special fabrics can take a little longer, and we'll tell you up front.
Production-grade
Samples use the same fabrics and the same printing or embroidery methods as your bulk run. They're not mock-ups.

Sampling questions
Are samples free?
Samples are paid, because each one is made to order with your branding. The amount is credited against your bulk order if that order meets the MOQ.
How is the sample price worked out?
It depends on the product, the number of pieces and the decoration method. Tell us what you'd like to sample using the form below and we'll send a quote before you pay anything.
How long does a sample take?
Typically 5–7 working days from artwork approval, plus shipping time to your city.
What if the sample isn't quite right?
Tell us what to change (colour, print size, placement, fit). We'll update the spec before bulk production so the final order matches what you approved.
Can I sample a pre-built bundle?
Yes. Mention the bundle name in your request and we'll put together a kit with the items in it.
